Your business will never outgrow you, because you can't attain or sustain above your current identity. There's a ceiling most people don't know they've hit until they've built up enough frustration. The instinct is to go looking for more information, better support, or a new strategy. But even with the right strategy, you may not be strong enough yet, identity-wise, to carry it. Wanting a bigger business, a bigger brand, or more people to lead is great. The hard part is handling what comes with it: the emails, the conversations, the extra hours. Those things are difficult at first. Then, just like working out, you adapt, and the weight that used to break you becomes your warm-up weight. Think of driving at 100 miles an hour and hitting the brakes every time it gets scary. You'll never get to 150 that way. You check the seatbelt, press a little more, and normalize it, one step at a time. That kind of growth is a lot easier around like-minded people who are building themselves too, which is exactly what the Dark Work community is for: the most impactful community in the world for people serious about changing their lives. I'm living in bonus rounds of life. Practicing gratitude is how I stay fueled up, and all the best entrepreneurs that I know feel the same. But, gratitude can get drowned out by concepts and get performative. When you think of every opportunity you get as a "bonus round," I think you start to realize just how fortunate you are to live the life you have.

Waiting for the right time is choosing the wrong one. You start pursuing something new because you want it. But when the process gets challenging, suddenly the timing doesn't feel right. The calendar. The finances. The responsibilities. Some obstacles are real, but don't let them automatically become reasons to quit. Stop waiting for perfect conditions. Start finding a way forward. 👇 Join the Dark Work community on the App Store & Google Play. #darkworkdaily #anthonytrucks #mindset #takeaction #discipline #motivation
