We gathered in a Sisterhood Live Circle inside my online sisterhood, The Cyclical Creative, and explored hormone-supporting herbs and non-restrictive nourishment together. We also started diving deeper into the menstrual phase with teachings on understanding and supporting a healthy period🩸 We set the scene for April with a challenge to help call on our inner wise womban. She’s the raw, intuitive, and wild womban that comes through as we bleed and brings the gift of clear vision.
