Soooo this is late...I am actually 83 days no nicotine 🥹 It's been a journey! As a girly in marketing for a fast paced every changing industry it's been ROUGH but so rewarding!!!!! I started baking...I made bagels 🥯 from scratch. I am feeling more comfortable and confident. I still struggle with anxiety, and stress but finding better coping mechanisms. My skin is looking healthier, my hair too. I haven't felt the need to wear as much makeup. It's been a blessing. I have also been reading again, and of course playing Fortnite. I recently also stopped drinking too, so I have been trying alternatives like DER. Turning 29 in a little over 30 days, progress not perfection! #momtok #nonicotine #pottytraininingmama #baking
