Hernia surgery took me out for over a month, and not gonna lie… that was ROUGH. Hubby had to talk me off the ledge a few times. But one thing about me—I’m not a quitter. Bodybuilding isn’t just something I do. It’s something I truly feel is part of my purpose. My PASSION 🔥 The setback is over. I’m back. Time to work. 👊 #fitnessmotivation #fitover40 #fitnessjourney #bodybuilding #bikinicompetitor

You are the most important project you’ll ever work on. ✨ Build a body you’re proud of. Build a life you’re proud of. But most importantly, keep becoming a version of YOU that makes you happy. Take care of yourself. Challenge yourself. Celebrate how far you’ve come. And never be afraid to SHINE. ☀️ Life is too short not to chase the things that light you up, do more of what you love, and enjoy every chapter along the way. I’m proud of the woman I’m becoming—and I’m still building her. 🖤💪🏼✨ Be you. Be happy. Keep shining. #StrongWomen #WomenWhoLift #FitnessJourney #FitOver40 #BodybuildingWomen

Some days the motivation just isn’t there… but that’s when discipline takes over. 🔥 It’s not about showing up only when you feel like it. It’s about keeping the promises you made to yourself, even on the hard days. Every workout, every effort, every little step counts. Consistency builds strength. Discipline builds confidence. And showing up builds YOU. ✨ #bodybuilding ##bikinicompetitor #F#FitnessOver40F#FitnessJourneyw#weightlifting
