Replying to @user778329002039OAK-Lede en Hulle Vrugte… #OAK #OldApostolicChurch #PatrioticAlliance #LGBTQIA #Matteus7

On 26 October 1553, Geneva’s council sentenced Michael Servetus to death for heresy. The next day, he was burned at the stake with his book. His rejection of the Trinity and infant baptism brought him into conflict with Catholic and Protestant authorities. John Calvin supported his execution, while asking for beheading instead of burning. Swipe through the teachings, the arrest, the trial....and the controversy over religious persecution that followed. 📖 Sources before opinions. #ChristianHistory #MichaelServetus #JohnCalvin #Reformation #ChurchHistory #SolaVeritas
