CPAP real life struggles. The past month I’ve really struggled wearing my cpap Yes I’m fully aware of the consequences I’ve been having headaches, feeling down, tired, over eating But I really can’t face wearing it 😢 3 years in and I’ve hit a brick wall How ridiculous of me 😢 It’s back on tonight , back to normal CPAP life Can’t keep feeling shit! #sleepapneaawareness #sleepapneastruggels #snoring #daytimetiredness

Sleep apnea real life struggles 😭 3 years in and I’ve hit a brick wall and just feel so done with it The past month I’ve not been at all consistent resulting in me feeling tired, depressed, over eating, etc Last night I managed 3 hours before a tickle woke me up It was like someone put a feather or even worse a spider in my mask 😭 Will go again tonight but I think I will get my humidifier out For today….i will be tired and unproductive 😭😭😭#sleepapnea #snoring #sleep #cpap
