So after 5 - 6 weeks of training I’m at this point I’ll be honest I only really tracked 4 weeks properly and I have lost a lot of weight in that time to much to be honest but this is a great starting point for me I feel better in myself , fell confident and strong , and have regained my belief and dream that I can compete one day it’s something I have always wanted to do so it will be done!! I’ve got a lot more things coming so watch out! How do I look so far ? #fitness #gym #gains #dream #goals
