when I was a little girl I tried Every type of movement. I played soccer, I was in ballet, I tried out for the basketball team. I was so eager to see what my body could do. As an adult I have hiked, rock climbed, and mountain biked. I’ve spent a lot of time in hospital beds and recovering. My body has limits to what it can do and I get reminded of that too often.
