Last weekend was the Arnold bodybuilding show and here’s a fun fact most people don’t know…. I was the 1st ever Amateur Arnold Classic Bikini Champion back in 2010. 🏆 👙 I was 30 years old, a brand new mom, going through hardships behind the scenes that nobody knew about. I took everything I was feeling and channeled it into the 1 thing I could control…. my health and my workouts. That was 16 years ago. I’m 46 now.
