It just fits so well I can’t. I went a little overboard with this lol. I’m gonnna type out the lyrics that fit in my brain. I’d make an animatic of it if I had the energy. Obviously it fits with the golden honmoon and I tried to make it fit with jinu’s golden eyes in the first drawing but really here it represents how much Jinu admires Rumi. -Here’s the lyrics in the sound clip “You’re so Golden” I feel like is obvious but the it’s the golden honmoon being Rumi’s goal, her idea of perfection as a hunter, and its Jinu seeing her as perfect the way she is. Then “I know that you’re scared because hearts get broken” is Rumi’s hesitance towards Jinu and then he does wind up breaking her heart by betraying her. And then the “I don’t want to be alone- When it ends don’t wanna let you know” I feel fits really well for Jinu because he doesn’t want to feel lonely anymore. And the second part I think it’d be him getting dragged back to hell after Free, remembering he left his family behind, and not telling her their relationship that was forming was dead at that point. “But I can feel it take a hold- I can can feel you take control” is Jinu coming back to save Rumi’s life and not being able to push down his love for her. “Of who I am and all I’ve ever known. Loving you’s the antidote. Golden.” Is Rumi literally giving him his soul back by being with her and redeeming himself. -There’s some lyrics that aren’t in this sound clip that fit earlier in the song I think the “take me back to the light” line fits because Rumi brings out the best in him. And then “I know you were way to bright for me - I’m hopeless, broken” I JUST realized that he literally says he’s hopeless in the bracelet scene. RAH. And then “wait for me in the sky” makes me think of how they float in free but I first thought about how he floats when he gives his soul to her. Then towards the end of the song “I know that you’re scared because Im so open” is him being open about his marks and being a demon and Rumi being more hesitant about that.
