I got to do something so special for a client of mine, who has quickly become one of my favorite people in the world. After so long hearing pushback about my desired career, I got to do a tattoo that solidified how much this all mattered to me growing up. I would’ve never been happy had I given up on making it here. I present to you, a stylized self-portrait of me, permanently living on someone dear to my heart (: Thanks for looking (: #tattooartist#tattoo#fyp#fypシ#tattoos

One full rotation around the sun of permanently poking other humans for a living. I’ve learned SO much and I’m forever grateful to my shop, my mentor, and to my peers. Going about getting an apprenticeship and learning to tattoo under such an experienced artist is so rewarding and worth every minute. Thank you guys for your support and for checking out my post!!! . . . #tattoo#tattooapprentice#tattooshoptok#tattoos#fyp#tattooartist #tattootok#tattoolover#tattootiktok#apprenticeship

Here’s just a few pieces I’ve made in the last couple weeks and a comprehensive guide of their sizing, prices and duration! I started tattooing skin in August this past year, with about a month and a half of doing them for free on willing participants. My mentor then had me at $50/hour due to the learning curve, and now he has bumped me to $100/hour based on my progress. This is still a severely discounted rate compared to the current industry standard. I even offer some pieces at a flat rate and offer further discounts on things I still need practice on (: If anyone has any questions at all on why things are priced the way they are, or why shop minimums are “so high”, or whatever else you can think of… feel free to ask (politely). #tattoo#tattooapprentice#apprenticeship#tattoos#apprenticetattoo#fyp#alt#alttiktok#tattooartist#tattootiktok
