🚨 TWO DECREES. TWO DIFFERENT STORIES. FOLLOW THE MONEY. By February 16, 2026, I was destroyed—and I had no idea WHY. My attorney offering no explanation as to why and what had just happened!!!!! It wasn’t until after February 16 that I finally gained access to the court docket and began reading what had actually been filed. I had a MILLION questions for my attorney. Non of which were adequately answered. I had explicitly rejected the reimbursement theory. My position was that the ENTIRE HOME was my separate property. Yet my attorney proceeded with a $153,000 reimbursement claim—money my brother had provided for my down payment. AND MY BROTHER TESTIFIED AT TRIAL. He testified that the $153,000 was a gift intended SOLELY FOR ME—not for the marital community. He had personally gifted those funds in his own name for my benefit and financed the house in his own name for my benefit. That testimony went directly to the separate-property character of the gift. But reading the decree , you would never know that my brother testified !!! SO EXPLAIN THIS: If my $153,000 was separate property but the rest of the house was supposedly community property, WHERE WAS MY SHARE OF THE COMMUNITY ESTATE? what was the reason that I did not get to share in the community if that was their position❓❓❓ Why were BOTH attorneys being paid from funds I claimed as mine? $37 000 to Hoffman and $29 000 to my attorney coming out of my “reimbursement claim” with the rest of my $400k equity going to the Ex Husband. While I had also been forced to maintain the home as far as utilities, Mortgage and maintenance alone throughout the entire litigation. How were financial decisions made when Hoffman never produced a discovery for his client? Knowing about a serious tax problem. Why was I ordered to pay $2,500 A MONTH IN CHILD SUPPORT based on imputed income when I was already UNEMPLOYED when I petitioned for divorce? And why was my separate-property claim never properly adjudicated despite my objections and my brother’s sworn testimony? THEN I COMPARED THE DECREES. The February 27 proposed decree and March 31 signed decree contain material differences—including assault findings, mental-health allegations, financial obligations, and property provisions. AND ABOUT THOSE MENTAL-HEALTH FINDINGS: I underwent an $18,000 forensic psychiatric assessment by a medical doctor specializing in psychiatry. That assessment, according to its conclusions, cleared me of the mental-health and suicidality allegations being used against me. Yet the signed decree included adverse mental-health findings anyway??? SINCE WHEN DO HOFFMANN’S LAYPERSON OPINIONS OUTWEIGH A FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIST’S MEDICAL ASSESSMENT? Where was the competing expert evidence? Where was the clinical basis? WHO AUTHORIZED THESE MATERIAL CHANGES? WHERE WERE THEY RENDERED? WHERE IS THE SUPPORTING EVIDENCE? How did Judge Benjamin Smith of Collin County’s 380th District Court allow these findings and financial obligations while my objections remained unresolved? MAY 7: I sought Judge Smith’s recusal. The matter was transferred to Judge Brooke Fulks in the 470th District Court, where I continued challenging what I believe were denials of due process and equal access. NOW THE DISPUTE IS IN FEDERAL COURT. My allegations concerning Hoffmann, Quilling, the conflicting decrees, and the procedural history are now part of my federal litigation. DID THEY THINK I WOULD NEVER READ THE DOCKET? NEVER COMPARE THE DECREES? NEVER QUESTION WHAT HAPPENED TO MY PROPERTY? I read it. I compared it. And I started asking questions. THE DOCUMENTS EXIST. THE TESTIMONY EXISTS. THE QUESTIONS REMAIN. ##FraudOnTheCourt##TexasFamilyCourt##SeparateProperty##FollowTheMoney##DueProcess
FAMILY COURT: JUDICIAL EFFICIENCY OR PROCEDURAL AMBUSH? Look at the dates. Look at the subject line. Look at what opposing counsel was asking the court coordinator to do. APRIL 24, 2026: Opposing counsel’s paralegal emails the court coordinator requesting that a newly filed chapter 9 Motion for Enforcement be added to an existing MAY 7, 2026, 9:00 A.M. hearing in an email chain concerning MY Motion for New Trial. Think about that. My motion info new trial disputes the actual substance of the degree. His motion for enforcement enforces the decree. I am disputing.❓❓❓ Their justification? “Judicial efficacy.” Since when does administrative convenience override due process? Texas Family Code §§ 157.061–157.062 establish procedures for enforcement hearings, including service and notice requirements. Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 21 requires proper filing and service. A court coordinator is NOT a judge. Administrative staff cannot dispense with statutory notice, determine the merits of a motion, or grant one party procedural advantages that deny the other a fair opportunity to be heard. THIRTEEN DAYS. TWO DIFFERENT MOTIONS. ONE HEARING. Was the enforcement motion properly served? Was a separate hearing notice issued? Were my pending motions afforded the same scheduling consideration? These are questions that deserve documented answers. When a represented party receives prompt scheduling assistance while a self-represented litigant struggles to obtain judicial consideration of pending motions, that raises serious concerns about unequal access to justice. Administrative efficiency is not judicial authority. Due process is not optional. Equal access is not a professional courtesy. And a court coordinator is not a substitute for a judge. His enforcement motion wanted to hold me in contempt and possibly jail on me until I signed the special warranty deed, signing over my equity title insurance escrow to my Ex so he can sell my seperate property, still not characterized or adjudicated!!!! Texas Constitution, Art. I, § 19. U.S. Constitution, Amendment XIV. #TexasFamilyCourt #DueProcess #EqualAccessToJustice #JudicialAccountability #ProSeRights
WHAT I LEARNED FROM MY LESSONS LEARNED❗️ At the most consequential moment of my life, my own attorney failed to explain my options to challenge the ruling or the critical deadlines. ❗️After losing a million-dollar asset, facing restricted parental rights, attorney’s fees, and $2,500 monthly child support based on income I wasn’t earning, I was left terrified and without guidance ❗️ 🚨DO THESE THINGS IMMEDIATELY 🚨 * Request Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law — demand the factual and legal basis for the court’s decision when the rules permit. The judgment must give legal accounting for every decision made. * File a Motion for New Trial — challenge errors, procedural irregularities, and grounds for a new trial. Read the Statutes and apply them. * Seek Reconsideration or Modification — ask the court to correct or revisit its ruling, that you know or can prove are incorrect. * Request a Stay or Supersedeas — seek protection against enforcement while legal challenges proceed. Even if you have an appeal. The signed order remains operational and enforceable. * File an Appeal — invoke appellate review and preserve your right to challenge the judgment. This is where you have to carefully preserve the RECORD!!! If it is not on the RECORD it did not happen. Remember that ! What I know now: In Texas, key post-judgment deadlines generally begin when the written decree is signed—not when the judge announces the ruling in court. ❗️ 30 days to request a new trial, 20 days to request Findings of Fact Conclusions of Law 30 days to appeal—potentially extended to 90 days by certain timely filings. Don’t miss a single deadline ❗️ What I didn’t know then , I know now. Don’t let an attorney tell you, “That’s what the judge decided. You’re just out of luck.” A judicial decision is subject to the law, procedural safeguards, and applicable appellate review. Especially when the process itself was tainted — as I contend mine was.#knowyourrights #learnthelaw #deadline #EqualAccessToJustice #judgementday

Don’t miss a single deadline ❗️ What I didn’t know then , I know now. Don’t let an attorney tell you, “That’s what the judge decided.
