Peri remains upset by EGGS! #periwinkleraccoon #disabledraccoon #missingpaw #raccoonsoftiktok #babyraccoon

Pizza follows me around my yard asking for treats when I get my daily yard time in 😅 I usually spend at least 30 min a day tending to plants and whatnot & I’ve always had squirrels come up to me for snacks but not as frequently as little Pizza does, he’s always on a mission! Sometimes he’ll bury one right next to me so he can ask for the next one lol. #squirrelsoftiktok #feedingsquirrels #wildlifeoftiktok #handfeeding #wildanimalsoftiktok

Cece seems to have a higher tolerance for me being close on rainy days. My theory is that the rain mixes up scents and makes it harder for him to clock just how close I am. If I’m loud or I spook him he goes right up a tree and waits for me to leave. The only time I’ve been able to hand feed birds has also been on rainy days, and none of those birds have been blind, so I think it must lower the threat perception for wildlife in general. Alternatively maybe it’s just so much stimuli at once they give me a free pass so they can focus on other less known scents and sounds 🤔 #blindsquirrel #cecethesquirrel #squirrelsoftiktok #feedingsquirrels #animalconnection
